Good day at the Kennel yesterday with Bulldogs first grade defeating Orange City Lions 27-14 in a torrid battle.

A stop start affair seeing both sides throw themselves into the battle trying to get the upper hand resulting in four yellow cards and 27 penalties. Scotty Johnson, Dylan Carter and Glasso played strongly as did Chris Plunkett, Sean Fogarty and a host of others.

Second grade dominated on the day with a 51-5 victory led well by Dylan Sinclair, Dale Knocker Norris and Markus D. Al the axe Fryer was everywhere and Josh Oxley was accurate again. Lots of pressure being exerted on positions .

Thirds up 29-7 in a great game. Strong return by Harry the pea and Sammy Mac led the thirsties well. Cameo performance from Wartos and the boobster bolstered the ranks.

Colts suffered their first defeat since 2015 to a very good City team going down 29-5.

Bulldogs girls are now 2 from 2 with a resounding 27-5 victory. Marita and Schnitty shining.
